Besides being a successful real estate company, UNNAYAN has been an epitome of social works. Over all these years, we have done numerous social works for orphans, the underprivileged, old-age, and different sections of society. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we had dispensed food to the needy and helpless people incessantly. Similarly, in natural disaster like AYALA, we stood by the vulnerable and distressed people. In ‘Marich Jhampi’ a block of Sundarbans, we distributed foods and clothes to the locals for prolonged times during Ayala. We are also doing some developmental work for orphans in different places.
Our chairman Mr. Partha Ghosh Dastidar, circulates sarees and stoles to the needy during pujas and winter respectively, every year. Being an ardent pet lover, every year on 30th June, he celebrates pet lover’s day by feeding over 100 street dogs. He even gives books to 1000 students every year free of cost to needy students. He always stands by the backward section of people by helping them in the marriage ceremony & medical purposes. Mr. Partha Ghosh Dastidar has been accorded Indira Gandhi Sadvabna Award as he truly deserves it.
Some of the other achievements of the company are: UNNAYAN Group sponsored All India Handball Championship in 2013, 2014 IFA Shield Football tournament. Mr. Ghosh Dastidar was the president of West Bengal Armature Kabaddi Association for 5 years (2010 to 2015). He was also the president of Calcutta Chess Academy for almost 8 years. Mr. Partha Ghosh Dastidar is truly a gem, a very kind-hearted gentleman and UNNAYAN is proud of having him as our guiding light.
Mr. Partha Ghosh Dastidar is a man of great virtue. This particular character has helped him to reach such great height professionally. It is only because of him that has helped him to earn such name & fame over a short span of time.
Social Commitment and Activities of UNNAYANS
As part of the society to keep our social commitments we are ready to build bridges instead of walls. Because bridges keep the communication flowing easily and harmoniously. Where as walls create distance and cause disharmony.
Just to take of ourselves, it is our heart’s desire and real happiness, we always stretch our hands to distribute clothes to the destitute. We are always trying to give financial help to the orphans and old age home. We strive for excellence rather than perfection. Company believe that one good deed deserves another.
In the worst moments of Natural disaster, we are trying our best to be great source of strength of the distressed people by doing financial help and providing foods, clothes, drinks, medicines and moral support to sustain their life both rationally which have given rise to the society.
We can achieve anything and everything, if only we continue to keep trying until we succeed as we are living totally at the mercy of destiny.
When the great Natural disaster like “AYLA” took place in our State, great waves and storms lashed on the people and pulled them out of their likes and dislikes, our Company stood there for their well being with open arms to save and protect the distressed people who were at the hands of mercy of the God. Being compassionate towards, feelings like gold with fragrance. Its value is beyond all words. For the disaster nobody is responsible and nobody could resist. Satisfaction is something utterly unique by stretching our hands to support them.
