IK Construction Pvt Ltd is a purely wholly owned company of M/s Unnayan Developers Private Limited. It's 99.99% shares owned by Unnayan Developers Private Limited, a single share owned by Sri Partha Ghosh Dastidar, Managing Director.

IK Construction Private Limited marketed all the Projects / Land of M/s Unnayan Developers Private Limited and all other subsidiaries of M/s Unnayan Developers Private Limited in the style of IKCONS.

As because the IK Construction Private Limited is the wholly owned subsidiary of M/s Unnayan Developers Private Limited so this company (IK Construction Private Limited) have some rights and duties about their parent company i.e. M/s Unnayan Developers Private LImited. The Parent company has also given some right to IK Construction Private Limited for using the name, goodwill, banner, etc etc of M/s Unnayan Developers Private Limited.
